Meet the Forest Education Foundation teacher at the Waterworks Reserve for a day of exploring forest ecosystems.
Investigate the characteristics of different forest types, understand the links between living and non-living components of the forest and explore the life cycles of plants . Students will be introduced to the role of producers, consumers and decomposes within the forest ecosystem.
All activities are hands-on, involve teamwork and support the Australian Curriculum, Science and Geography.
