Get ready for this year's 321-Go! kid's race in Burnie!

This fun event was created in 2000 by the organisers of the Burnie 10. They wanted an event for children between the ages of 5 and 13 who wanted to experience the thrill of running in a community fun run, at a distance appropriate for their age 3 km, 2 km, 1 km.

The 321-Go! race is a not-for-profit event from the Burnie City Council, aimed at encouraging kids to challenge themselves & experience the fun of exercise.

While the event is primarily aimed at the North-West schools, we encourage participation in this event from all schools in Tasmania  and beyond .

We are pleased to announce that Health Care Insurance will donate $500 to every school that can reach 50% participation or more of enrolled students.

SPORT FIRST in Burnie will also be awarding a share of $1200 of sporting goods to the 3 schools that gain the highest participation rate within 25 K of Burnie, and the same again for the 3 schools over 25 K from Burnie.

There are also generous individual prizes for on-line entries, early entries, signing up a friend and prize draws on the day.
