Learn how to deliver Catch Up Literacy to struggling readers.
The interactive online sessions cover:
  • Background
  • Assessing reading skills and selecting appropriate books
  • Delivering the Catch Up Literacy individual session
  • Ongoing monitoring
Each trainee is issued with a file and their own unique username and password for the website, giving them all the guidance and proformas necessary to deliver Catch Up Literacy.

The time between each training session enables the trainees to complete short assignments and to practise the Catch Up Literacy skills.

Our experience has found that schools implementing the Catch Up interventions are most successful if they have a minimum of three people trained in their school: a senior teacher to manage the intervention the Catch Up Coordinator and at least two teaching assistants to deliver it, dependent on the size of school.

The Starter Bundle offers great savings on the ideal Catch Up Literacy starter team. The cost of three trainees would normally be $2,100, but is available for Term 3 training at only $1,500!
