Date: 2-15 July
Location: Port Arthur Historic Site
Intended Audience: Families
These school holidays you can escape the cold in the Education Centre. Play traditional games, relax with a book or activity sheet, or join in one of our hands-on activities.
Children will be able to take part in some of our much-loved activities such as peg doll making, designing their own love token and making a Fantascope.
We will also be making commemorative key rings to celebrate 100 years since Port Arthur was recognised as an important historic area by the Scenery Preservation Board.
Come in to find out more about the conservation of Port Arthur and the history of national parks and reserves in Tasmania.
Activities are available from 11 am-2 pm daily.
