Don't Forget To Drink Water!
Public Health Services in the Department of Health and Human Services is launching the Healthy Young People  HYP website.

The first mission to be released is 'Water is the Main Drink.' Many young people don't drink enough water, and adequate water intake is important for good learning and concentration. Healthy Young People HYP is a set of free resources for secondary school students, teachers and school staff, youth workers and anyone who works with young people with great information about drinking enough water.

HYP also has free resources on adequate sleep, positive body image, physical activity, healthy eating and less sedentary time. It includes free teaching resources that link to the Australian curriculum. To see the Water is the Main Drink resource visit: www.dhhs.tas.gov.au/mwew/hyp/water

Look out for the next of the HYP six missions to be released soon!
