In fields related to food provision

Unique educational opportunity for all middle, senior school staff and students and any adults involved in making food choices preparation,  provision in any way, of relevance to leaders and administrators.
 
Free public lectures and interactive sessions with three of Tasmania's leaders in the fields of Nutrition, Food Safety and Quality, and Sustainable Food Production. Program includes
Tasmania Health Service Senior Dietician Rene du Plessis, UTAS Professor Tom Ross and Internationally renowned food plants expert Bruce French, as well as a food plants exhibition and Tasmanian fresh foods sampling.
