Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Schools and Early Learning

In 2014, Reconciliation Australia launched this program to specifically target the school setting in recognition of the important work of schools and early childhood programs.
Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Schools will assist participating schools to develop:

  • An environment that fosters a higher level of knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and contributions
  • Meaningful relationships between Australian schools, teachers, students and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

There is a series of curriculum resources across a range of learning areas and school sectors as well as other information and opportunities.
Go to the reconciliation website for more information on how your school can get involved.
