Student Competition - World Without War

Intended Audience: Teachers and students

Teachers are requested to assist Tasmanian students in all schools and colleges to take part a WILPF (Women's International League for Peace and Freedom) centenary competition on the Theme - World Without War.

ENTRIES can be individual or group, in three categories -

1. Essay (limit 500 words); or poem
2. Painting or poster
3. Video

Student's ages on 31 March should be included with name and contact details on a separate cover sheet.

PRIZES in each category - 1st - $250; 2nd -$100; plus a certificate for each school/college participating.

Winners will be invited to receive their prize at an event at Parliament House on 7 May 2015.
Entrants should keep a copy of their work, Results will be forwarded by Infostream. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
