This collaborative exhibition curated by Hobart architect, Paul Johnston highlights architectural plans from the collections of the Tasmanian Archive and Heritage Office (TAHO) and complemented with drawings by Hobart artist Emma McDowell.

The exhibition represents the twelve architects who have been commemorated in the Tasmanian awards program of the Australian Institute of Architects.

The exhibition introduces historical documents and helps create a better understanding of the contribution architects have made to the place we live.

The drawings span the development of Tasmania from the early colonial period to the end of the twentieth century.

Venue: The Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts at LINC Tasmania, 91 Murray Street, Hobart until 6 December 2014
