AGFEST Field Days – KAAP & AG Artwear Competition

On behalf of the Agfest Organising Committee, we would like to bring to your attention that Agfest 2015 will be in 2nd term of the school year and you may wish to include the field day visit as a part of your curriculum for next year. We will be running both the Kids Agricultural Awareness Program (KAAP) and the Ag Artwear Competition. Both competitions have become a popular attractions at our Field Days and we are again offering great prizes to participants.

The Agfest Field Days is being held at Quercus Rural Youth Park on Thursday 7, Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May 2015. The Ag Artwear Competition is held on the Saturday of the Field Days and garments will be displayed on the other days of the Field Days.

Costs for School Groups:
Students: $5 each

Teachers within prescribed student/teacher ratio: $5 each
This price is only available on the presentation of a School Purchase Order at the gate. The school is invoiced after the event.

1:6 Secondary
1 only supervising adult required for University or Groups

The Ag Artwear brochure and entry form which outlines the rules and requirements of the competition will be available in early February 2015. The KAAP dirt track maps will be available at the gates and will give students a pathway around the site, with information questions to be answered at each participating site. We would welcome all entries from your school and look forward to another exciting competition.
