Pat Brassington is one of Australia's most influential photo-media artists. À Rebours features a range of Brassington's analogue and digital works that span her 32 year career.

The exhibition provides students with a range of subjects to explore – from Surrealism, photography, digital media techniques, to discussions about the narrative within Brassington's works.

By using the ACCA Education Package, teachers are provided with a comprehensive guide to introduce and discuss Brassington's work and influences with students both in the classroom and at the Gallery.

Some of the content of the exhibition may not be suitable to a younger audience therefore primary teachers are advised to visit the exhibition prior to making a booking.
