Location: Moonah

Intended Audience: Art and students - general community

OVERLOAD is a group art exhibition for haemochromatosis (hereditary iron overload) awareness week. 20 artists are involved and have developed works in response to the theme of iron overload.

Haemochromatosis is our most common recessive gene disorder, however it is often missed as the symptoms can be attributed to many other disorders. Early detection of this condition can prevent a range of complications.

We create awareness using art as our vehicle. This is a great exhibition for all students from the point of view of public health, and story-telling through art.

Venue: The Stable Gallery, Cooleys Hotel, Main Road, Moonah
