Essay / Multimedia Competition

Intended Audience: Teachers of Humanities and Social Science subjects

Australia hosts the G20 in November this year. If you had to opportunity to address the G20 and talk about poverty what advice would you give to this group of people who come from countries that control most of the world's wealth?

Students can enter the competition by writing an essay, letter or speech up to 600 words or by preparing a multimedia presentation, which can be a PowerPoint or a film up to 5 minutes long.

Prizes:
There are four $100 Vouchers to Harvey Norman or iTunes to be won. A prize will be awarded for best written entry and best multimedia presentation for Years 7 to 10 and for best written entry and best multimedia presentation for Years 11 to 12.
