Are you a principal or teacher at a primary school interested in joining the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden National Program?

The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation is running Program Delivery Training in Hobart on 26–27 August for Tasmanian schools joining the Kitchen Garden National Program.

The two-day training session is for classroom teachers from all schools with a primary curriculum, who can join the National Program now and begin implementing it immediately after the training. It incorporates hands-on, skills-based instruction in the kitchen and garden, supplying comprehensive delivery resources, giving attendees everything they need to deliver a rich educational program to their students.

There is still time to join the Kitchen Garden National Program before the training. Remember you do not need specialist equipment or facilities – Foundation staff will guide you through starting small, using what you have.
