Learn the Language, Live the Culture!
Endeavour Language Teacher Fellowships now open for applications

Practising, retraining and pre-service language teachers can improve their language proficiency and cultural knowledge by undertaking an intensive in-country study program through the Endeavour Language Teacher Fellowships (ELTF).

Funded by the Australian Government's Department of Education, the unique three-week program immerses language teachers and training language teachers in the country where their focus language is spoken, and includes language lessons, field trips and cultural activities.

The ELTF aims to improve the language proficiency levels of practising, retraining and pre-service language teachers, increase cultural understanding and strengthen networking among these cohorts, both nationally and internationally.

In January 2015, in-country study programs will be offered to practising, retraining and pre-service language teachers of Arabic, Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean.

Locations: France, Germany, Italy, Vietnam, Spain, UAE, China, Indonesia, Japan and Korea
