Media reports regularly focus on the impact of labour market changes on young people making their transition from education to employment and on older workers facing the impact of industry restructuring.

How do we adjust to change and generate new skills for riding these 'waves'?

This one-day CDAA conference focuses on the possibilities for generation of career development strategies, as well as the impact of change on different generations participating in the labour market.

Speakers include AssocProf Peter McIlveen (USQ) and Melody Harding (ACARA).

Conference fees are $80 (CDAA members) or $140 (non-CDAA). Morning tea and lunch provided.
