The Club Kidpreneur Program is an interactive program that helps primary school aged people to develop financial literacy and other important capabilities by starting their own entrepreneurial businesses. The Club Kidpreneur Foundation is a not-for-profit social enterprise seeking to encourage entrepreneurial thinking in primary-aged children on a national level. Its mission is to help kids start and grow their own micro-enterprises in order to spark an entrepreneurial spirit in the next generation.

For more information go to the website.

Club Kidpreneur recently launched the CK $50 challenge for school next term. It is a national program and to date no Tasmanian school has participated. Follow this link for more information relating to the challenge.

The Club Kidpreneur Foundation provides all the necessary resources and even financial assistance if budgetary constraints are an issue. However, the success of the Challenge is linked to the support that participating schools and students receive from local business entrepreneurs through sponsorship and mentorship etc.

As local parents, entrepreneurs and community leaders, you may wish to start engaging in a conversation about CK and teh $50 Challenge within your local networks, communities and schools to see how individually and / or collectively we can invest in our next generation of entrepreneurs.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in developing a more collaborative and coordinated approach to supporting the introducation of the Club Kidpreneur program across our region.
