Teaching Beginning and Struggling Readers

Intended Audience: Teachers and specialist staff

A 1 day PD session for teachers and specialist staff focused on assisting students with dyslexia or those with literacy difficulties. Lead by Dr Bartek Rajkowski, Speech pathologist and designer of Reading Sounds software. There is no cost for this session.

BUT most importantly, do you want to know how to put all this research into PRACTICE so that you can help your Beginner and Struggling Readers succeed?

This seminar will show you how to put the theory into practice.

The Morning Session will cover: The Latest in Literacy Research: How do children learn to read? Why do some students struggle with reading?

The afternoon session will focus on the Reading Sounds software and app.
