In conjunction with savewater Alliance, TasWater is running a photographic competition. It is a unique opportunity for budding photographers across the state to capture the value of water, find stunning images and show what water means to our local communities.

Entries are now open by going to the savewater website and entering the photographic competition through the on-line system. All entries from Tasmania will automatically be entered into the International savewater photographic competition.

The photographic competition is designed to recognise creative talent with water conservation imagery as the key focus. There are three categories in this competition: Junior Student (up to 12 years old), Senior Student (13 to 17 years old), and Open.

Prizes on offer include: a new MacBook Pro, digital cameras, photography software Adobe Lightroom, iPod shuffles and an iPad mini, with selected images to be used in international water campaigns.
