This workshop explores the three new Tasmanian history Bond Store exhibitions at TMAG, ways students can engage with them, and links to the Australian History curriculum that is being implemented in schools nationwide this year.

Other TMAG history resources will also be covered.

With the creation of three new exhibitions in the historic Bond Store building, each dealing with Tasmania's 19th Century history, the new museum has embraced our past like never before. The museum site itself is also one of the most significant historical precincts in the country.

This workshop explores these Bond Store exhibitions and links to the Australian History curriculum that is being implemented in schools nationwide this year for the first time.

Other resources such as the Teacher history backpack and on-line education guide will also be previewed.
