A 2-day seminar looking at young people (14-24) and mental health.

Detailed Description:

This course is designed for people working with young people as well as parents, carers, grandparents etc. A great, down to earth, practical course that gives you the skills and knowledge you need to help a young person (14-24 year olds) live really well with and in spite of mental health problems.

The course meets the requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for most professions. The two days are fully catered (tea/coffee on arrival, morning tea, and lunch).

Each participant receives a Mental Health First Aid Manual, a certificate, handouts and resources as well as ongoing email support via our website.
