Tasmanian Youth Conference

For  all young Tasmanians aged 12-25 years
TYC brings together young people and the wider youth sector from across Tasmania, and provides them with an opportunity to come together to share experiences and ideas with each other. The conference will involve a range of presentations, interactive workshops and keynote speakers.

Workshops and Speakers
The TYC Organising Committee welcome the submissions of abstracts for presentations at the conference. We are seeking people wishing to deliver presentations or workshops for either the youth sector or young people or both.  This is a great opportunity to gain experience in presenting at a conference and a chance to showcase your work. 
Descriptions of your presentation or workshop should be no longer than 200 words, and where possible be linked to our conference theme: “Innovate – Create – Celebrate”. Research and evaluations relating to youth issues more generally are also very welcome.
It is possible to present to both young people or the youth sector – or both at the same time, just indicate this option on your expression of interest. Please call Jo at YNOT if you wish to discuss.

There will also be opportunities to hold an exhibit or stall, In lieu of a presentation or workshop, the more interactive, the better! Please log onto the above listed link and complete the expression of interest page, choosing the option relating to stalls and exhibits.
